After that we started with drawings to learn how to put more depth and relief as well as how to put the wood grain.
In the afternoon we saw how to make colour and veining with practice on existing models.
On Wednesday we visited the HAEFELE companies showroom which is a manufacturer of furniture hardware.
We have discovered the latest novelties and innovations in furniture. After our return we finalized the models and drawings to make the prototypes. In addition, each team finished with a presentation of the drawings and models.
On Thursday morning we started to make the prototypes, with the flow and the first machining. Then the work went on.
Friday morning all the work was finished and we worked on the self evaluation and discussed, what kind of competences we gained in this Lübeck week.
The reception was made by Mr. Ludger Hegge who is the director of the Emil-Possehl-Schule Lübeck.
Then the morning started with Gerhard who presented us drawings made by students in master's degree in colour and where the wood grain was represented.
On Thursday night we spent a friendly evening at the Seaside restaurant. Then we ended up a nice visit of Lübeck by night through the small passages between the typical houses.

Developing sketches for the projects newspaper shelf, Lübeck bank, standby table, lamp for the wall and a shelf with rounded forms, making and coloring models on a scale of 1:5, changing drawings according to customer specifications. Produce a prototype and develop detailed design solutions for the all five products. Competences in knowing different fittings e.g. hinges for furniture constructions and competences in using different kind of lights from Häfele for furniture and interior design.
